It is the state of our consciousness that determines the state of our mental, physical and spiritual health. During an Arat RA Reiki healing session, mental and energy blockages are restored. However, if the old mindset that created the blockages return so, does the blockages and obstruction of the personality. Those obstructions within the personality are what leads to conflict and discontent in life.
Each coaching session is designed to address the root cause of the blockages and obstructions. It is through the coaching services that eventually, the healing becomes sustainable.
